bit surprised by that. was pretty loud at AAMI Park last night as well. but we provided a third of the total attendance this weekend. pretty depressing really. where would this league be without us?

+x+xRound 4 Melb City v Wellington - 8,200 Western Sydney v Brisbane - 4,500 Newcastle v Sydney - 12,800 Adelaide v Perth - 11,700 Melb Victory v Central Coast - 15,900 Average = 10,620 you're miles off it. City v Nix 7,200. WSW v Roar - no idea tbh, but will guess 5,000. Jets v Sydney 10,500 (Sydney fans just don't travel). Adelaide v Perth 9,000. Victory v CCM 14,300. Not far off at all

Not far off at all Apart from City the crowds were good. Mudgee only has a 10k population so we couldn't expect a bigger crowd even with all the traveling fans. 16500 at a 7pm Sunday kickoff is excellent. On Saturday it would a been 21k +.

Okay let's give this round a bash
Wanderers v Newcastle @ soulless stadium : 8,000 Wellington v Adelaide @ cake tin : 5,900 Brisbane v Melbourne City @ lang park : 13,000 Sydney v Melbourne Victory @ kograh : no idea. 14,000? Perth v Central Coast @ perth oval : 9,500
If Perth win the next two winnable matches, I reckon their crowds could get a half decent shove

They look to be the front runners this season. The top team wins games.

Live A-League attendance data visualisation. I started this a few years ago, lost momentum, but it's back now, will keep it updated as numbers come in. Have a play here http://eyeseedata.com/a-league-attendance/In the future, I will add a more comprehensive analysis by team, by round, etc.

+x+x33,268 Socceroos v Lebanon at ANZ Less than Brisbane at 39 000. Serious? First game in Bris Vegas for how long, and whinging their guts out about it forever. Against decent opposition on a Saturday night. Compared to playing against a weak team on a school / work night.
