Really randomly listening to 3AW this morning, i think it was a food and travel show and someone started talking about football (i think someone met berishas family in Italy who paid for their dinner,  some long winded story) and one of the hosts,  said she travelled to Egypt and met "a socceroo" who was living in the Netherlands but was soon to be moving to Belgium, after a few minutes she said it was John Iredale.

Very strange source,  i haven't found any evidence for this, anyone heard this?

Yeah players can get stuck in League One. He's certainly worth a shot at the higher level and call fall back on lower tiers if it doesn't work out. 

If he leaves, I hope he goes to the Championship.

League One would be a sideways move and could make it harder for him to move to any league outside the UK.
