That’s a great signing. Meredith has been fantastic every time I’ve watched him play for Perth.

One of the very best first up teamlists I've seen in ALeague. Derbyshire and Milislav Pop are a cracking frontline.

No sure if this has been mentioned. Macarthur relocated the active area from behind the goal to near the corner flag on the side of the pitch. A position in which away fans would usually sit. They have additionally patterned the name 'Macarthur Bull Pen'.
On top of this they initially and still are charging a minimal of $440 for the season for the active area. Now sitting in Bronze seating.
Macarthur FC have killed there own active support before it was even born. Dreadful management from the club.

Should be a cracking match, its dissapointing how greedy the ownership is though. They'd onsell their mothers for a marketable price, the bottomfeeding management.

Macarthur still charging $40 for an active area seat, this is still following having moved it to the side near the corner flag as well.
Additionally to make things even worse, charging the $40 fee for away fans. Absolutely disgraceful, this is where other clubs/new a league independent management/football Australia should step in and prevent things like this.
Was planning on definitely heading down to see Macarthur away, but if these prices remain, im gonna happily kiss that trip goodbye.

The competition will not grow without finding a way to reduce ticket prices to increase demand.
Why would Macarthur FC need higher prices anyway when it is meant to have the best stadium deal in the competition? Something really doesn’t add up there.

It really does make you wonder why a new club with the cheapest stadium deal is trying to do their best to piss off and keep away both members of the club, and opposition fans from attending.

Macarthur has to pay its license fee off although it has been agreed that it can be paid over a longer period. They are getting a lower distribution than they were expecting and sponsorship is not as available as it was when they did their budgeting.

That would be right from the fraud of an administrator Sam Kryslovic.

The partnership further strengthens Macarthur FC’s already strong relationship with the local grassroot footballing community. As part of the agreement, both local clubs will benefit from further coaching and development clinics to be held in both Camden and Bankstown LGA’s. Further to this, both Camden Tigers and Bankstown United will assist Macarthur FC in grassroot talent identification of up and promising youngsters. Today’s announcement sees the culmination of many months of hard work behind the scenes with all parties."

Absolutely amazing that they fail to mention Northbridge FC and their takeover.... I mean Alliance, with them. Supporting South West Sydney, methinks NOT!

+xKryslovic the f***wit at work muscling in on Wanderers territory. Wanderers don’t have “a territory” .... that’s Frank Lowy thinking.
Clubs thinking they have “a territory” is a barrier to pro/rel - we have to eliminate that type of thinking.

I don't think anyone in Bankstown would call Macarthur their local team. People in this area would most likely be split between Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers.

Bankstown is borderline between all three, I would say, and if Macarthur take the initiative then good on them. Claiming Northbridge is taking the piss, though.

You have more chance of winning the lotto than you do finding someone going for WSW or Macarthur and living in or around Northbridge.

To get licensed to compete in the next ACL, if they were to qualify, they have to have a youth development system in their entity now or in an entity that is allied to their entity now. The Northbridge FC alliance satisfies this requirement.
