we all complained last year about the 7pm Sunday night kick-offs. I argued 6pm would be a better medium as more fans would go to an earlier kickoff and TV would be happy with the game still being in primetime. the FFA adopted this time this season and i think we have little to choice but to live with it.

But I will say 6pm for CCM v Sydney is a completely inappropriate kickoff time. CCM’s demographic is young families, and its no incentive for Sydney fans to travel at the time of the weekend.

then on the other side of the coin you have Mark Rudan types who think games should not kickoff before 6:30pm in the summer. You can’t win.

good point i wonder what day they will have the extra game next year as well

2k more is 2k more. Remember Roar inflate there crowd figures. 9k at Roar games is really 7k or less,

9k will get swallowed up in a 55k stadium with ease, especially when the members are always on the camera side.
