Mueller has just turned on its head the presumption of innocence with that comment. You would think that someone like Mueller would know that its his job to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. He couldn't do that, so then says "I couldn't prove Trump was innocent either" . Except that's not how the law works. Its scandalous that someone in his position would publicallly say that *anyone* let alone the President has to prove that were innocent.
