Why isn't GA doing more lobbying to keep courses open?  Many clubs will go to the wall when members stop paying subs because they can't play.  
Isn't GA financed by the players/clubs to represent them?
Instead GA decide to adopt Vic Gov view (GA is based in Vic!).
