Yeah he did. Opseth should have had an early penalty which would have changed the game completely.
There was also 1-2 potential handball penalties in the second half which VAR would have given.

Not to mention a huge amount of unpunished professional fouls in the first half committed by City players - it was like watching Sydney FC.

At the start wales got pushed should of been a free kick on the edge of the box 

Agree but that wouldn't have changed the course of the game as much as the Opseth penalty.

That aside, City deserved the half-time lead and a draw was a pretty fair result.

I'd be worried if I were a City fan and they took an early lead in a final though because boy did they invite that 2nd half on themselves

I've never seen a team of 10 players struggle so much to stay in the game as City last night. I've seen teams win with 10 men.
