Rogic started and was influential in 3-0 win, hope they go on a run now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wxk0VQBx_vo

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Su2HoC3RW14Slight shame AMB couldn't save the late winner but an lapse from his team putting him in that situation. Nice reading about Rogic, Souttar and Devlin. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=V6Rkkdr9G4wMagical assist from Rogic at the minute mark. Pure Rogic how he can have it glide. Loved his WC passion but Irvine would trip himself over trying that. I hope the Hrustic drama is settled. Rogic knocking on the door again. Hrustic seemingly out of line and I hope this isn't something to affect the camp. Regarding our mids, Genreau didn't seem to be in the Toulouse squad for practice games. I really hope he's sorting a loan. Starts for Burgess and Iredale. Our stocks have shot up recently but it's interesting how someone like Tongyik didn't last too long in the frame. These two remind me a bit of Steffanutto and Coyne who could join the squad in emergencies and fill it professionally. You wonder what kind of impulse a few freshers could bring.

Love the pure joy from the commentator during that Rogic flick and assist then the subsequent goal!

So one thing I'm most excited for this year is the amount of younger guys we have who are on the books of premier league sides and either getting game time in the cups or being loaned out.
Peupion is playing regularly for Brighton's u21s, played in the cup and you would think would likely go on loan next season. Brook is starting for Crewe on loan from Brentford, Watts is starting for Morecambe on loan from Southampton and of course Francois on loan at Gorica from Fulham.
Very promising for the future

Mooy vs Cancar from bench.
Rogic starting.
Massive AMB starting in League Cup last 16 against Brighton. Got my hopes up but Peupion doesn't make the bench despite the mixed 11. Strong bench for Brighton though.

Yeah I think it's time for AMB and Gauci to get called up in March.

Another nice low save by AMB against a Trossard shot. Goalless on 80.

+xCan you say his full name just once? Who on earth is AMB? Ashley Maynard-Brewer. Got the kudos for the penultimate save in the penalty shoot out which was followed by the conversion of the last penalty for Charlton which advanced them to the quarter finals of the League (caraboo) Cup. He also made a couple of decent saves during the game.
