Copenhagen have fired their manager. It's always a new challenge under a new coach because the Polish keeper may be favoured over Maty once he recovers.

Mauk scores
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

League one and two are still on. Brook seems to have lost his spot since being injured and didn't get off the bench for Crewe. Hopefully forces his way back in soon Jacob Chapman played another game for Salford in their 2-1 win and was apparently pretty good.
Bolton is postponed so no Iredale.
Ipswich and Burgess play tonight looking to keep top spot.
No Watts for Morecombe again. Think he's injured.

+xDykes scores a double off the bench against Ukraine. Jeez it was a shame missing out on him and John Souttar. Both would be rusted on starters for the socceroos in areas we are weak in.

Hull have sacked their manager. I wonder how it'll effect Elder's time with minutes and formation. I care less as it doesn't really affect the national team due to his ridiculous omission.
I hope Rogic makes his debut.

Joel King can't even make the bench for OB anymore. No way should be be in front of Gersbach, Elder or Davidson for WC selection.

It's that he's not yet of the level and the return from an international journey only makes it easy to leave him out. I think he'll get better and be a national team player for years to come but not now.

Can Joel King actually play football? The Norweigan league isnt any great indicator of ability. Its a bit like capping Matthew Millar because he signed with SPL club. Maybe Arnie should select squads based on ability rather than the club they play for.

His performances for Sydney strongly suggest that he can play, but he needs to start regularly for Odense in the Danish league before being considered for a starting spot for Australia.

Remember Gersbach play 8 games in a season and a half for AGF in the Danish league at an older age. I think sometimes it's the style of play as well that can effect a players selection.
He'll be ok in the long run. But he does need more gametime to develop.

Adam Taggart was injured n came off @70 minutes. Something to do with his hamstring.

Muscat has surely won the J.League.
Langerak concedes 4 goals at home to hand Yokohama F Marinos the 4-0 away win.
2nd place Kawasaki’s game finished in a draw, so now YFM have a 7-point lead with only 4 games to go.
