Bit late, but Brandon O'Neill only got 2' in Buriram's recent game at home to Chiangrai. Would appear that he's already out of favour with coach Gama, or quite possibly the owner, who also has a say in the team's line-up.

I honestly think he needs to move to the A-League, and every A-League club with the cap space to get him should be on the phone ASAP. A move back to Sydney is only a good move if it doesn't affect the progression of Nieuwenhof tbh, and it'd like spell the end of Retre you'd imagine. Having seen him for Buriram: he doesn't look anything like the player he was for you guys before he departed for Pohang. His legs look gone to me, he's not covering as much ground as he used to, and his passing accuracy has dropped right off too. The passing thing can be fixed by consistent game time in a system that he's comfortable with, but if his legs are gone... that's a serious issue.

+x+xFull game for Souttar in a 2-0 loss to Barnsley, he had the highest rating on Futmob of the Stoke players. Had no role in either goal, first was a bullet from long range and the other was a striker put through on the opposite post to him. Stoke would want to start stringing a few wins in a row - it's getting pretty tight at the top of the Championship table. Would love to see a full-time Aussie in the Prem again. Yeah, they've drifted further away from the playoff spots in the last few rounds, but it's a long season in the Championship. He's clearly a first choice player there now, so either way he's in a great position.

Deng not in the squad for Urawa's season opener. I'm sure Brebner has thought about loaning him back.

Leckie not on team sheet. Surprised he's still playing for Hertha and getting minutes. Team looks destined for relegation.

Not a great period for our more senior Roos at the moment with Vuka (35) and Leckie (30) not playing, Mooy (30) in China, Kruse (32) with 2 goals in 18 games at A-League level.
The 30+ brigade may be taken over by a new generation soon.

We're fairly spread out but soon I want to see the next batch enter the frame. If you're in form, age doesn't matter. Nevertheless I don't want a raw 2014 Roos ever again.

The 30+ brigade may be taken over by a new generation soon. Rukavytsya (33) is in career best form & Sainsbury called him the King of Israel. Holland (31) has been killing it with Lask for the last few seasons. Mooy is still the best player we have - although Hrustic could overtake him in the next year or so. Leckie still getting mins in the Bundesliga & can still do a job for the Socceroos

Lots of AA action overnight:
Full game for Souttar in a 2-1 loss at Brentford. Promotion is probably out of sight now, but that means a surely guaranteed first XI role in a good Championship team next year, which is hardly a bad thing.
79 minutes for Irvine and a full game for Boyle in an 0-2 loss to Motherwell, Boyle looking like he started in a front two and took six shots with two saved.
Full game for Karacic in a 1-1 away draw at Virtus Entella.
Full game in a 0-3 away win at AFC Wimbledon for Elder.
Full game for Holland (in the centre of a back three if futmob is correct) in a surprise (to me) 1-2 loss to Hartberg.
81 minutes for Deni Juric in a 0-0 draw with NK Lokomotiva.
Full game for Edwards at CM in a 0-2 win at Rochdale.
Kewell's Oldham coming from behind to beat Carlisle away 1-2. Blackwood one of two subs at HT when they were trailing 1-0, and assisted the goal that put them ahead.
McGree bench.

In hindsight a loan to Schalke would've been good for Ryan. Plenty of practice :D that club is gone!

Two goals for Makrillos. 1:45 and 9:00 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLUR5ywz5QU
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Watched the Oldham game. Typical of them letting the bigger team back them in a corner but they strike late on. Blackwood was hassling their defenders and they hated it.
