Packed down one end and then a swift ground ball sees Iredale run alone fairly far right of the goal. Hannover defence to scramble and the shot from a bit outside the box goes wide across goal.

Game ends 1:1. Iredale given the ball a few times on halfway all alone and was able to run to the box but just swarmed by 3 defenders with no support or space to shoot. Last second lunge into him from behind didn't seem to have contact for foul play in the box. Team huddle now with Iredale showing some apologetic and frustrated body language. Coach is definitely satisfied with the result against a club like Hannover and sympathetically embraces Iredale with a thanks for the efforts.

Lolz Cardiff City scored in 95th minutes. Now back to 1-1. Ipswich dropped to 3rd spot again. Not deserve to get promoted anyway.

Rough for ipswich, conceded 2 late goals
More than 2 points per game but the promotion race this season is very tight

Cardiff scored again in 100th minutes. Full time Cardiff City 2-1 Ipswich town
Ipswich players should shoot themselves in the head

Probably Burgess won't be near the EPL even if they got promoted. Ipswich fans are so angry with their poor defence. Only 2 clean sheet in the last 10 games.

A promoted side being in 2nd place the majority of the season and still in March is a massive credit to the entire set up. The fewest losses with 5 and the most goals at 74 in 37 games.

Damage limitation yet annoying for Ipswich as Leicester only draw at Hull. Leeds take the spoils and Southampton claw back 3 points on Leicester.

Al hassan subbed on after 30 minutes then subbed off after 70
Pretty rare for a sub to be subbed, last time i saw it happen was to matt leckie
He turned out ok to be fair but it is a set back to be a subbed off sub

Iredale has the versatility to drift and linger on the right in spaces and the manager likes that when the opponent tires or presses. That Düsseldorf away game saw Iredale's hanging in the high line used to good effect where passes and flick ons saw two goals created.

+xIpswich players should shoot themselves in the head That’s not funny mate. If 1 of the players actually did how would you feel? it’s only a bloody game at the end of the day. just entertainment actually. Nothing more.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hlvfo2h5wSY1:22 Yengi hits post https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqOHWFMr4egRough rough end for Burgess there. He needs to clear that first one a lot harder. The second running for the dipping corner. If he heads it a bit earlier it's clear. Should deflect from the great season he's had. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BUnNmvxaMkSilly errors by Leicester at the back.

Gauci dropped from the squad completely for Villa vs Ange. Hope he’s not becoming 3rd choice GK.

3 keepers on the bench comes across as a little unusual. Olsen the experienced but that's not the best for Gauci.
German U23 have overage age players. I doubt the U21 EPL competition allows that. It'll be a good 6 month learning period but I wish they'd arranged an immediate EFL loan. Next season really needs a loan to the EFL or continent. Villa have partner clubs with Vissel Kobe the only one of note.

Kuol bench. I think Newcastle will move him on next season. It's true the iron was so hot while at the Mariners so it felt like the right time to strike.
Still, like many players, I can't help but wonder what players would look like with 4 full A League seasons behind them. Much more seasoned in that sense.

St pauli if they close this game oùt will have a 10 point buffer from 3rd with 9 games left
17 points gaurantees promotion. You would think they will need less than that and they probably only need another 9 or so

Not a fan of keepers going straight to a big 5 club. Keeping is all or nothing since u dont get sub minites off the bench. You can easily be nearly good enough initially then rot on the bench for years and by the time an opportunity comes up you have declined too much to take your chance
