After the Stajcic fiasco (especially noting his coaching outcome) , you'd think even her most staunchest allies couldn't stand by her through another issue. I'm sure she'll bung on the cancer again though.

And this is why nothing progresses in football in Australia. The muppets steering the ship spend all their time fighting amongst themselves.

+xAnd this is why nothing progresses in football in Australia. The muppets steering the ship spend all their time fighting amongst themselves. In the FFAs defence, Reid has been harder to remove than herpes. She should have stepped down, but she deadweighted, and monkeygrabbed everything to the door. It's hard to go in the right direction, when you have people sowing disunity to push personal agendas.

Ignoring the allegations for a moment, why would you have someone like Kamasz, from a failed Organization like the NSL, of which he was a key member, come in as a new FA Board member? She might be doing us a favour.

Both Reid & Kamasz, have issues and appear to have or lets say have developed in different times and each have agendas ...
The appointment of JJ and his success, clearly illustrates we need new young blood with no ties to old and past agendas ... many of which have passed there use by dates...

The quicker we cut Reid and Kamasz and find more JJs the better football will be. Reid is the priority to move on. This quote from the article about Reid is especially concerning "Football NSW is behind the push to have Reid removed at an extraordinary general meeting of FA called for next Friday, alleging she spread damaging communications about Kamasz - an FA hall of fame member and long-time football administrator - to prevent his nomination to the board."

This is interesting, because Reid's election was predicated on the support of a range of state FAs, admittedly mainly the smaller ones. Who will NSW FA be in cahoots with to oust her? Watch that carefully, because it will be a give away as to what the power balance is likely to be.

Rotten to the core. Is it any wonder the good ship ‘ insert trite Australian football moniker’ cant get out of port.
Just look at those great leaders and their integrity.

Watch that carefully, because it will be a give away as to what the power balance is likely to be. Reid got 90.78 votes out of a possible 100 when she was elected to the Board. That was the highest vote of any candidate. I doubt whether she will have that level support today.

Excellent thread.
The Garbage Human & her minions must have their sins illuminated for all time until proper penance is done on their part.
I have taken the liberty to bump a couple of threads with this thread & the SMH article.
Strayan soccer doesn't forget FFA & Strayan soccer doesn't forget traitors & lapdogs.

She's currently healthy enough to sit on the board, I'm pretty sure her sick leave is over, she's healthy enough to cop heat on her mis-doings. the cancer she had (in)conveniantly occurred right when pressure was placed on her to stand down, the same cancer that allowed her to travel to France and represents Australia in an unofficial capacity. I'm sorry she ain't getting no sympathy from me, and she has to respond or step down. her mere presence removes credibility from the organization.

It took a while, but finally some people in the football community did the right thing.

+xIt took a while, but finally some people in the football community did the right thing. it was a very, very close call - so I'd say there were plenty amongst the smaller state feds supporting her still I'm guessing this went through with the A-League clubs plus two state feds

Your evocative attempt at an emotive post to gloss over the no longer boardmember trashcan's antics is hilariously feeble. Try harder bitch.
