+xI''ll be immediately purchasing the violet third strip once you can customise the name/numbers on the back 😍 you can already order online choice of name number : We've gone a little more pale blue compared to last years, The 3 kits look good and the dark violet is the go, kennards looks better on the back not having their red in the logo. Jets 3rd kit very Barca, away kit looks good. Rams just woeful.

+xIt's great when clubs do alternative designs for the home/away/alternative kits. I hate that Roar just do the exact same design in different colours. Seems lazy. I agree, although I'd argue that Roar in most cases haven't even used different colours. They just use the same colours (orange, black, white) in different combinations. Occasionally they have used grey, which is ok but is still just a mix of black and white. I can recall only a one Roar away kit in a different colour (the all royal blue one from a few seasons ago) and one third kit (the all maroon one).

Better pic of the Jets home kit:
Looking forward to seeing what the away and 3rd kit look like in the flesh and with a sponsor.

I can't recall victory ever having a 3rd kit, plenty of one off gimmick kits but no proper season long 3rd that they could really expand from that fucking V.

As a Jets fan, I've never really got the love for the gold. But here we are.
Personally think the new kit is pretty dull, but that may be partly down to dodgy photography and weird sizing choices. Similar thing with the Macarthur kit where they dress De Silva in an XXL.
The white box for the sponsor is a bit lazy too.
I have to say Wanderers is probably my fave of all the new kits.

+xCan we use the third kit instead of that away abomination? Isnt the away kit supposed to be a direct "clash kit" to be totally different to your home strip? I know its not light blue but this dull grey, on a rainy overcast day would be pretty hard to pick out against another team in light blue.....

You're forgetting the fact that MC actually hate their own fans. A good chunk of their fanbase only buy the red/white kit, but the club makes it the third kit. It would have to be a deliberate decision, so the only conclusion is that they hate their own fans.

Celtic the big example, just any other shade of green mainly.

Just another revenue spinner for clubs these days, seems like the purpose of the second and third kit is more as a casual wear item for hipster fans.... . One thing I do applaud Celtic on is that at least they haven't gone down the path of using a hated rival's colours..... I know I'm a cranky old bastard but I really don't understand how a ManU fan can buy a blue shirt or an Everton one a red sash?.....

Everton were never really a hated rival to Man Utd. Try to remember colours were not in the abundance that they are today back in the early days of change kits, or even home ones for that matter.

Really like that GK kit, easily the best one I've seen in the A-League. Hopefully inspires some creativity from the other teams.
Nice to see one that isn't just the home kit template in lime green or pink for a change.
