He's clearly been flogged on the cardio front and hit the weights too. He comes across as bolder in defensive duties yet most impressive is the stamina he's gained and he's gone through many full games now.

Good first touch there and then to go along with it finely and slot it makes for a great goal.

Those two improvements have been the most pleasing to see. There are still issues/worries when it comes to his fitness levels relating to picking up injuries, but as you noted his general match fitness, strength, defensive abilities and off the ball work has seen noticeable improvements.

There is some truth to his statement. With that being said, he (Rogic) has shown in the past that he can also do similar against tougher/better opposition.

agreed in previous post to your response, his trouble is he doesn't take them on like this consistantly.
He has shown he can but not week in week out so he's miles off Salah per say but his run and execution was MO like as we can see.
Good on him, like been mentioned this is what I wish some of our player in a Roo shirt do, take em on turn the bloody game on its head.
He can and hardly does, Mooy could put in a cracker from out the box before, no more for ages.

Absolutely agree. It is also one of his frustrating traits alongside with that of going missing throughout matches. Hopefully he can keep improving with his match fitness and that helps him not go missing throughout a match as much, along with bringing more consistency to his game.
