I've become the worst pessimist but I'm not proud it. Just can't see us getting it done against this lot. Another early goal might fill me with hope..
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

As long as they save their best performance of the group stage for this game, I can live with the result. Only thing that could spoil it would be an Italy 2006 style rort to decide the score.
There are only two intellectually honest debate tactics: (a) pointing out errors or omissions in your opponent’s facts, or (b) pointing out errors or omissions in your opponent’s logic. All other debate tactics are intellectually dishonest - John T. Reed

Yellow card accumulation does carry over from the group stage to the knockout stage, meaning that any yellow cards picked up in the group stage do count for accumulation purposes while competing in the Round of 16 and quarterfinals. However, the count resets after the quarterfinals and the slate is wiped clean, meaning that any semifinal participants would not risk missing the final due to yellow card accumulation.Only a red card in the semifinal, either directly or via two yellows, would cause a player to be suspended for the final.

+x+xChristensen copped a yellow against France (from memory he pretty much rugby tackled Mbappe?) so hopefully that makes him think twice about challenges he puts in It won't carry over from the group stage to knockout stage anyway, so is irrelevant. Damn I'm concerned about this one. Yes it does. They don’t reset until the semis.

+x+x+xFrance with around 9 changes. Still a formidable team. Braithwaite starting up front for Denmark. Awesome Randal Kolo Muani starting for France. He's one of Eintracht Frankfurts strikers. Damn would love to see him play too. Clinical striker he is. and has quick feet with the ball and damn fast.Pleasure to watch. Amazing story he has.Never was in an Academy and started football late.

Looks like only 3 players that didn’t start against France coming in (Olsen on the wing, Braithwaite up top and Jensen in midfield) Christensen copped a yellow against France (from memory he pretty much rugby tackled Mbappe?) so hopefully that makes him think twice about challenges he puts in

+x+xDamn German TV, Damn German Amazon Prime. Can you believe it they are showing the Dead Rubber game of France vs Tunisia. I'll have to find another way of seeing the Socceroo's game. 86min to go. Woohooo Didn't they show 2 channels like most parts of the world? The TV licence mafia public broadcaster didn't buy all the rights for this for the first time ever allowing Telekom to get 16 games exclusively on their crappy Magenta TV pay TV product. Tunisia game was already on it and Magenta gets the pick of the same time kick offs as well. To get Magenta TV would mean joining for a year. They didn't even create some world cup package. Thank God for vpn and sbs, NOS. Austria and Switzerland have done well to block vpn. UK TV is fine so we'll be on BBC or ITV. Hungarian broadcaster is alright in an absolute emergency.
