Paparazzi stalking Maty in Rome. I guess it’s a reminder of how big AS Roma is!

Well imo he’s now at one the biggest known Clubs in EU.
Could be the best move he’s made last 5yrs.
Be interesting how the Club moves on post Mourinho.
Considering Totti is a Legend of the Club and expect they will cross paths won’t  be surprised he has some discussions with Valpoto to suss him out when opportunity arises.

I think Ryan should feel like he can push to be the number 1 at Roma. He comes in as by far their most experienced GK and should be full of confidence after a very decent season between the sticks at AZ. All the pressure is on the 24 year old Serb fella so if I was Ryan I'd be saying bring it on.

If Ryan is a starting keeper for Roma the move is a master stroke. I just want to see him playing regularly.

agree, this is his best move since Brighton for me.
32yrs prime years on now and surely he can force his way as starting GK as mentioned above and will be great for us/Roos.

Thought Ryan had signed in the Championship? Regardless, if Glover keeps starting at Boro and Ryan is benched, he will have to be in the mix.

Not sure about the hype for Mo Toure. Looking at highlights, his poor finishing alone fost us an Olympic spot. If he was a striker who could covert his chances, we’d be on our way - he missed plenty.

Finally - I would’ve considered Wales and Buhagiar much of a muchness in the A-league. I can’t believe one is playing 2nd Div in Korea, while the other is playing 2nd Div in Italy.

Trent has a brilliant agent.

That's a solid deal for Mo Toure. Really glad. I guess the French experience showed him the ropes and now it's time to really kick on.

Still no news where Nisbet is heading? I'd read he had a number of offers in Europe but was still deciding when CCM announced he was leaving. Perhaps he hasn't decided yet.

Yeah it requires patience. I wish these moves would be sorted much earlier so they can train from the very start instead of playing catch up to gain fitness and fit the tactical set up.

These are the interesting/notable transfers so far:

Forwards:
> Sam Silvera loan to Portsmouth (Championship)
> John Iredale to Augsborg (Danish Superliga)
> Nestory Irankunda to Bayern Munich (Bundesliga)
> Al Hassan Toure to Ajaccio (Ligue 2)
> Mohamed Toure to Randers (Danish Superliga)

Midfielders:
> Max Balard to NAC Breda (Eredivisie)
> Josh Nisbet to ??
> Keanu Baccus to Mansfield (League One)

Defenders:
> Ryan Strain to Dundee United (SPL)

GKs:
> Paul Izzo to Randers (Danish Superliga)
> Mat Ryan to Roma (rumour) (Serie A)

Have I missed any?

I'd love to know whether there will be any moves from Robertson, Hrustic, O'Neill, T. Francois and Farrell. Anyone else?

EDIT: And Souttar of course!

Yep.

I'm also keen to see if Robertson gets another loan.

O'Neill I'm happy to stay at Liege but he is rumoured to have interest from Portsmouth. As is Farrell.

Nisbet's rumoured to have multiple options to consider.

No murmers re: Hrustic so assume he's back at Verona, though I hope he moves and finds somewhere he starts.

I'd forgotten about G. Kuol who's a good shout. Anyone heard where he may go next?

I remember reading Hollman had overseas interest but can't remember where.

Portsmouth have said they’re trying to sign Robertson on loan again but are saying that Man City aren’t being open enough about his injury rehab status. Not a great sign as if Robertson was fit you’d think City would be showing that.

Would hate for Robertson to waste a full season of football by staying at City, but I guess if he needs serious treatment it’s portably the best-resourced place for him to continue his rehab.

No mail on him at all but dreaming of a CCM reunion on loan. With ACL added we have a lot of football to offer, and he might enjoy playing alongside his brother for a season.

Make that 126 breaches! City hoard and offload eventually. Robertson should break ranks like Delap has by going to Ipswich. City can sign virtually any big player at will.
