After waiting an hour for the computer I'm on to process a system I go to my supervisor and he runs it on his computer and it finished in 5 minutes. This computer is still under halfway through.

People need to HTFU. every time FB changes, people whinge for a week or two and then get used to the changes

I've done that, but really that's only a temporary fix. The amount of thought that's gone into this project is obviously minimal on facebook's part.

If it makes you feel better, this happened to me when I was about your age.
I was 15 and decided to play in the 18s, then was put in the seconds at school (due to the other keeper being a coach's favourite-type), despite me being clearly a better keeper. I ended up playing ACTPL that season, as well as for the school team which won the premiership that season.
When the guy above me got injured (he swung of the crossbar during a match, caught his foot in the net and tore his groin :lol: ), the coach picked the 15/1s keeper over me.

It was at that point I stopped pushing myself. Don't do that.

WGMG: I beat this certain kid to sign for a club in the 13s, and in the 14s, he was cut as well, mind you I was the last to be cut now. Been following this kid, who now plays at a higher division, played in the winning NSW team in 2010, and now got his first cap for Australia with the joeys. I've got this shit feeling had I put more focus and training in, that could've easily been me.

Doesn't quite grind my gears because I already use the FB English (UK) setting, but if you use the English (US) language setting, Facebook has apparently managed to yet again destroy their UI by adding another newsfeed in the already fucked up friends list. If you change to the UK setting, it will (at least for now) revert to a more normal interface.

Now that Google+ has gone live to the public, wonder if it will take off.
