I've spent the last two years on residence at uni, wasted all my money on beer first year and was a prolific goon drinker last year, trust me, you get used to it quickly enough. It's obviously a lot better if you mix it with something, I used to fill a pint glass with three quartz goon and one of flat lemonade, apple juice or multi v juice,( multi v was the best by far in terms of masking the taste) once you get used to that recipe you'll be finishing half a bag a night soon enough mate.

The second worst hangover I ever had was from goon of fortune  But hey, free pillow when you pass out. I've got a friend, she'd be in her 30's now, still drinks goon with coke as her preference. :? MvFCArsenal16.8 wrote:Goon is horrible . Went to my coach's semi final last year, there was some 40+ year old woman drinking goon with her kids the whole game...

For this to have full impact, it's important to know where you were for this. I mean, if you're in Western Sydney (or Melbourne, for that matter), a 40 year old woman's kids are probably about 26 and that's completely normal. Hell, her grandkids would be around 11 and could probably go drink-for-drink with her...

WGMG: This whole 'life' thing. Amazing how all your bills and payments seem to hit you at once. Today, I had to pay for a car rego inspection, car rego, green slip, petrol, monthly internet payment and monthly phone bill. All of this while not having worked for 5 months.
Fuck having a car. This was what I loved about Melbourne. Just get on a tram and it takes you just about anywhere.
