my first bill with optus they charged me for all the free texts I was meant to get. I wasn't happy.

commonwealth bank have charged me an annual fee for a student credit card. now i have to go back there and sort it out and, such a mission.

Optus' customer service is the worst IMO. My phone died on me and effectively their response was "that's not our problem", I'm on a $79 plan and they wouldn't give me a replacement phone for the two weeks it took to get my phone repaired. And then after two weeks when I called up after two weeks to find out where my phonew as I got some indian in a call center who said they had no idea what I was on about. #-o

Virgin mobile is the worst of the lot. I had some stupid American chick when i first signed up and she could not understand what i was saying and i couldnt understand her.

i signed up with tpg mobile and they told me they would switch me straight away, however, they didnt and said theyd switch me a whole month later. so i told them to cancel and they said "send an email and well do it". so i sent an email and they didnt cancel, instead they started me when the month started. so i phoned to complain, they said, my month is free. in the meanwhile they debited me for 50 bucks. so after my first month, i found out they charged me and decide that its not on, i give them a call, "send us an email and well sort it out". 2 weeks later, no response, i call and tell them, im not hanging up till i get my money back, so they the guy processes the thing on the phone, or so he says, and tell me "itll be to you in 15 days. its been about 30 days now and still no credit in my account. everytime i call them i get transfered 10 times and have to restart my story each time, and now they want me to send an email for confirmation, which i did, and then i get a reply "well process your request in 10-15 days.

so now, i phone them, transfered 10 times, eventually, the indian dude on the line goes, "well because you have now swtiched providers, i cant help you anymore". i lose my cool, and im not known for this,

Me : "sorry mate, but fuck you and your company, you treat a customer like shit and then expect me to sit here and just keep running back to you, give our jobs back to the australian people, because dealing with you, i bet you sitting there, picking your nose and drinking your tea, or something and couldnt care less what happens unless your IPL team is winning, i know your office is not in sydney because i have not spoken to one australian person"

yes that kind of shock .. i once got a bill when i was with telstra and i got overcharged when i didnt use the phone for at least a month as my fone died so i went wifout but yet i get a fone bill worth 900 bucks when clealry i didnt use my fone telstra explaination was they got my number confused with another one in syd..

My school pu tall the year 7's and 8's on one campus and the 9's-12's on another just up the road so you never had any problems with them. It was alway sfunny when the new batch of year 9's would come through and one would make the mistake of getting in your way and you'd go "fucking year 7's" and they'd all glare at you but were too scared to actually say something.

I've got a good one for Muck-up day. The Year 12's at our school did it to us when we were in Year 7. It was a boiling hot day and they went up inside the roof and stuck fish guts in the air con. All classes for the rest of the day in that building were later postponed.
