WGMG: late equalisers, we were 2-1 today with about 5 minutes left, when the other team won a throw in our defence. there was a scrap on the edge of the area before the other team managed to get the ball, one of our players missed a rather easy header which meant the ball came to me on an awkward bounce, it looped over my head and their striker behind me got his knee to ball and it rebounded onto his chest and then looped over the goalkeeper's head, most unlucky late equaliser in history ](*,) still an enjoyable game and a good way to start the season :)

Because you can't even get a trade apprenticeship these days without your VCE certificate. That and the social aspect makes it worth staying there.

Gotta agree, alot of people in my year walk into a SAC content with scraping a pass, plenty are doing it for the sake of it and others because their parents want them to. Personaly despite my easy going nature at school I do take it seriously but if people don't thats their choice and many people are sticking around purely to stick it out even though it has no real bearing on their chosen paths. Also what afro said, the social aspects are good, I honestly think I will miss school
