WGMG: There's nothing to snack on here. Everything is low GI and hi-carb. Really bad to eat before going to bed.

You can't prove that the damage was done at their worksite.

MvFCArsenal16.8 wrote:I can actually! But they still won't pay it ! Oh well How can you possibly prove that the damage was done there and not at any other point on your daily commute? Quote:Low-GI are slow digesting carbs, ie. good if you want carbs before bed.. you mean high-GI. Carbs before bed is ok but its better to have a handful of peanuts. Low GI before going to bed = bad. Slow energy release over 8 hours means that you're going to have energy being released into your body that isn't getting burned. It's a great way to put on weight. If you're going to bed in an hour or two you want somehting that's high GI just to give you a boost for those couple of hours.

You dont need any carbs before bed though unless youre planning on vigorously masturbating so the whole high/low-GI debate is kind of a competition for second rate prebed nutrition... fats + protein before bed is the go.

The big question is obviously, would anybody notice if you were gone? Moreover, would they care? this ! considering I've "worked" nearly 8 hours with 4 customers coming in so far, theres a chance I wouldn't be missed BUT If someone were to show up and I had closed I'd get the sack. I think I can finish work and get to the game fairly quickly, last season I picked up my g/f from work at 6:30pm in Ocean Grove and missed the kick off between MVFC and SFC at 8pm by 5 mins, wasnt worth it either I think we lost 3-0 and essentially Im 30 mins closer being in Geelong already rather than the O.G.
