Heh. I might try that. What makes it more annoying is that it wasn't sealed, the plastic wrapping had been removed. Normally i'd have not bought it like that, but they had strapped it with two zip ties, so I assumed they'd checked and made sure everything was in there. Obviously not.

Obviously someone is not doing their job, and should be shot. It's happened to me before, and I was not a happy little duck. Kinda helped that my stepbrother worked there and I got a gift voucher and the item I'd purchased fixed.
