These manufacturers have the licence to produce playing apparel (players and goalkeepers’ shirts, shorts and socks) with the FFV brand for use in FFV competitions from 1 December 2009 to 30 November 2011.

FFV would like to advise that while clubs are no longer obligated to replace uniforms from suppliers who are no longer FFV licensees after 12 months, the purchase of all new apparel must be done through a current licensee.

Clubs not abiding by this regulation will be subject to fines imposed by the FFV per breach (please refer to League Rules and Regulations for more information).

Yeah it's at all levels, plus you have to purchase from a FFV approved supplier (Nike, Adidas, Covo, Alanic, Errea, Pelada or Legea)

Seems fair enough. I don't have an issue with it. If anything, it'll look more professional. We used to have the HORRENDOUS Soccer Canberra logo on our sleeves in juniors, sewn on by our nannas.
Also, I think having approved suppliers means that the FFV are protecting their own interests (read: bank balance) by keeping sponsors happy.

We purchased SSI kits for a majority of our junior teams a few years back when they were an approved supplier, now we have to get different kits for our junior strips that weren't renewed. It just smacks of money grabbing, and the clubs at the lower end of the scale get nothing yet again.
