Yeah, I'm using one of the 3 wireless modems. It's a pain in the arse. I thought it might have been because I dropped the modem last night...glad it's not. But it's still annoying as all hell.

Even if their connections are shit, they have the best value for money for mobile downloads.

I've had a 3 contract for the last four years (phone). I haven't had that many issues. This is the first problem with the 3 USB stick I've had it in the 6 months I've owned it.

I'm thinking of switching to a Vodaphone iPhone plan when my 3 contract for my phone runs out, but I'm umming and erring over it. For all it's benefits, you hear so many people having problems with iPhones within the first month or two (weather that's through mis-use or not, I'm not 100% sure always). Not to mention, Vodaphone's been in the news a lot, over poor coverage. In saying all that, I know 3 merged with Vodaphone...

How is having shit connections value for money? On paper, sure...

Having the connection drop out a couple of times a day, one day a month is a small price to pay for download limits that are double that of Telstra or Optus. Purely from a practicality standpoint when I'm maxing out 3's downloads on a regular basis, it's worth it.

WGMG: In the process of setting up my new computer to connect to our router, it's reset our original Wireless Network, so now the home computer is connected, but nothing else is, and the Password is saved...on our old home computer, which isn't plugged in.

Nope, not really, was just commenting on my dislike of them. TBF, i expected worse. I was lucky I didn't see any of the infamous locals (CUB's). Its not easy to see why it was voted one of the top 10 bogan towns in australia for a reason
