I love how doctors forget all of their basic biochemistry when they become GP's, and then pass on this idiocy to their patients that treat their word as law. In the meantime, rates of diseases of "civilisation" soar.

Here's a tip - diet effects (nearly) everything, especially autoimmune diseases. Nearly all disease is borne from the gut flora being out of whack from pro-inflammatory diets.

I don't really see how i can change my diet, I eat well and i'm fit and healthy. Maybe a bit to much sugar though....

WGMG: Stupid fucking concession laws. Even now that I'm doing more then 3 units - I'm still not eleigable because I'm working. That's all fine and well If I were working 5 days a week. But I'm not. I'm working 2 nights a week, and over half my money I earn I give to my family, which is used for bills, food, rates, etc...the $80 odd or so I keep a week, at least $50 of that I'm putting in my bank account so I'll have some savings for things I'd like to save up for (such as the Bike I'm buying) and small luxuries around birthdays, and christmas. That leaves around $30 for myself to spend per week. A weekly ticket is $48 a week.

They can go and suck my dick. So fucking furious. Grrrrrrrrrrr

That is actually quite big of you, and reassuring to know. Plenty of my mates don't give a f*ck about their parents, so at least its nice to know some people have family and moral values.

WGMG: Practise was pretty good today, except for one kid. I have no idea what to do with him or do about him, I've tried everything and nothing gets through to him. I'm absolutely stuck, and looking at his parents, he never really had any hope anyway.
