Oh yeah. It wasn't a fitting end for him. But I guess that's good in a way. You don't always get what you deserve. I hope someone slits Joffrey's throat, the little bastard.

Edited by KiwiChick1: 26/9/2012 11:11:01 AM I've got my ways of finding out these things ;) It won't be mentioned again. WGMG: I quit the bar I've spent the last year-and-a-half working in tonight. I was tired of the place and thought it'd feel good to leave, get some time away and move on, especially before I went postal. But it feels shit.

WGMG: Spoilers. Haven't seen the newest ep of Sons of Anarchy S5 yet and Kurt Sutter had previously announced that someone would be killed off and now twitter is just full of spoilers, so pissed off.

Yeah staying away from twitter until you watch an episode of a show like SOA or Game of Thrones is a very good idea.

Yeah I stuck by that with GOT but forgot how ruthless it can be with spoilers, so pissed off too because this particular character was one of my favourites.
If it was Chibs I'd almost walk away, he and Opie are/were easily my favourites
Got five minutes left on the download, still interested to see how we get there.

WGMG: Poorly maintained trails. I went for a ride down a trail I never been down today and found out why no-one I know has got to the end. Most of the trail has been washed away so I went over my handle bars 4 times and slid off the side of the track a further 8-9 times. The isolated river and rock pools at the bottom were well worth the beating I took to get there but the track that was on other side isn't there any more so I fell into the river trying to carry my bike over the overgrown rock bridge for nothing.

Bit of a catch 22. The council doesn't maintain them because nobody rides them. Nobody rides them because the council doesn't maintain them.

It would be the national parks and fire brigade fixing them it as it was a fire access trail in the national park. Fire brigade probably can't be bothered fixing it as there is nothing built down there to protect any more and the national parks don't ever fix anything.

Self-awareness of your mental state is a good thing. Only the truly insane think that they are completely sane.
KC, if you're having trouble dealing with things there are government sponsored initiatives that can help you. I'm not sure if they have Beyond Blue in New Zealand, but I'm sure if you did a quick google search you'd be able to find something.
Alternatively there are plenty of forum members here who will offer you an ear or an inbox if you need to talk things out or just unload and have someone 'listen'/read.

You don't stop thinking, imagine it like a radio and just change the frequency. I recommend meditation and also mushrooms if you want a good time ;)

I know there are people to talk to, it's just the people who I have opened up to about this kind of thing don't respond too well to it.

KiwiChick1 wrote:WGMG: I think I'm losing it. I feel like this sometimes during the stressful times of uni semesters. What I do, is look forward to something in the near future which is going to be fun and where life will be as stress-free as its going to be. For example, I am looking forward to December like crazy. I've got a week in Canberra and a week in Melbourne. That's what's getting me through at the moment. Also, listen to some music to help you get into a better headspace. For example, yesterday I was freaking out about the workload I have at the moment, put some music on and I managed to become much more efficient. Feel free to PM me if you want to have a chat.
