WGMG: Having absolutely no motivation to study. I used to be smart, but my marks have just fallen to pieces lately. I can't concentrate in class or when I try and study on my own, and stuff I could do in two seconds flat at the start of the year, I'm not staring at without even knowing what the question needs. So fucking over this.

Seriously, you are not going to get anything out of studying when you are frustrated. Motivation in regards to studying is something you have to get yourself, nobody can make you study except for yourself. My suggestion is just to literally disconnect everything, the internet, the phone, the tv whatever, as the smallest of distractions cans set you off course, at least that's how it works for me.
Also, don't see studying as a necessity, its a voluntary process. Either you want to do it or you don't.

Then don't study ;) But seriously, it all comes down to what you want. You're obviously quite capable at school to get the good grades in the first place, intelligence isn't just something that comes and goes. You just have to be in the right mindset.

Fuck off! It's funnier when security has to get involved because they're never quite sure what 'reasonable force' is to separate people.

But it doesn't mean you're going to be alone forever. Youll find someone better, forget the bitch. We actually parted on quite good terms, I had my moments, I kind of feared it was coming, but all in all it was a very enjoyable relationship.

English was my best too mate. I disagree about cramming, I mean sure you're not going to be able to change or better your writing ability or style, that stuff is ingrained by now but you can cram in other ways. I personally read my text three times in the lead up to the exam and wrote dozens of practice essays covering a wide arrange of possible exam questions. I spent ages memorizing quotes specific to certain themes, indicative of character etc and walked in to the exam with 48 quotes solidly memorized, I'd read a quote once, say it out loud a few times and then write it down three or more times and then test myself and kept repeating until I remembered it flawlessly. You definitely can't over prepare for the text response but media analysis is a complete gamble imo and the prompt really comes down to how well you know a text and how well you write.
