I'd go so far as to call them night terrors. :? Any idea what's causing it all?

Is there any chance you have some suppresed memories or some kind of severe event in your past that could be causing some delayed onset post traumatic stress? Might need to consider seeing a shrink or something, doesn't sound like you have a physical medical problem, sounds like its something going on in your head I'm lucky enough to have never suffered from night terrors or anything like that, although I have on occasion had what I'd best describe as a "disturbing" dream that I haven't been able to get out of my head and caused me to be anxious about sleep the next night, so I can understand how a night terror may cause insomnic issues. Not that I know of, I think it's more just certain stuff that's going on now in my life. The doctor said that it could just be stress that I've let build up and is just taking its toll on me. Definitely considering seeing a shrink, have been for a while now.

I could accept it if they were positive once in a while, but some people just never shut up with the negative crap. And then some of them moan about how shit it is compared to Europe. THEN GO AND BUY FOXTEL AND WATCH THAT INSTEAD OF BEING YOUR EURO-SNOBBISHNESS HERE. Pretty sure the guy was a pom and knew nothing about the team only referred to the players by their numbers. Had a massive rant about Bes and how he couldn't buy a goal. Was so bloody annoying. I had these two middle aged blokes sitting behind me doing this all night, crapping on about how they "should just start playing the long ball, it'll work" and that Bes is overrated and Broich just "fucks around the ball, doesn't actually do anything with it" and all of this shit. Eventually at around the 80th minute the Roar did play a long ball, and while in the air this dickwad said "finally, they do know how to do it!" but predictably it was intercepted and we lost possesion, and I just totally lost my shit at these two fuckwads.

WGMG: Cheats. Fuck me, they're scum. 1st Grade Touch football Grand Final. 4-4 with about 3 minutes to go. Our Centre exchanges with the Link and lets out a 20m flick pass to the opposite Winger who has acres of space. The defensive Winger, who has no chance next to a State 100m sprinter makes a desperate lunge at our winger. I thought he missed, and he didn't call touch and our winger went on to score. Just as he was about to put the ball down, the defensive winger screams out touch, and the crappy rule is, the referee must go with what the defence says. Absolute bollocks, and even worse that we lose in drop-off (extra time).

What exactly are you experiencing with your sleeping issues? I've been thinking about seeing a doctor about mine recently so I'm curious to know if we have any similarities. I haven't been able to sleep sober before five am for four or five months now, and in the last three weeks I'm wide awake until around 6-9 am, and even when I do get to sleep eventually it's not a proper sleep, more periods of drifting in and out. It's leaving me feeling physically wrecked the next day and often feeling spacey and I've been noticing concentration issues. I've been through a big stage of smoking spliff out the window at night to help induce sleep but I've eased back on that a bit to try and give my body a chance to do it naturally but to no avail.

Mate sometimes it's the better option. Yes ideally its best for the kids to see both parents equally, but how often are seperations ideal? Never, thats how often! You have to do whats right for the kids, and if the Mum isn't handling it, then it could make things a lot worse then simply not seeing their Mum enough. Also, no need for it to be permenant, when she gets her depression under control then things might be able to go back to how they where, also without the pressure of having them all the time, she might be able to handle them a lot easier on the 1 day a week or whatever you work out she does see them. Sometimes 1 day a week of good quality time with their mum is better then 7 days a week of stressful difficult time with their mum.
