Extremely suprised she hasn't passed out yet. Is she starting to recover? I think so but it's hard to tell. I mean she says she's been eating more (before she was only eating peaches, fruit salad, soup, bananas and grapes) but you know she might just be lying. Is she seeing a nutritionist or counsellor or anything? I've never had experience with an eating disorder myself, but I can imagine it takes a lot of help and support to change your way of thinking about it. Yeah they have a nutritionist and a psychiatrist at the hospital. The staff seemed very friendly there so you would think that will help. I'm sure while she's in the hospital it'll help a lot, but it's certainly going to take a long time until she can eat normally again. Hope she gets better, mate.

WGMG: Wanderers supporters.
Now before you jump to conclusions and chuck flares and bottles of piss at me, there are a fair few of you guys who's heads aren't the size of Parramatta Stadium. But there's some very pathetic sods also. And all teams have them, but I get the feeling there seems to be a lot more associated with WSW.
Those who follow me on Twitter saw me tweet a tongue in cheek comment directed at the RBB, yet the first line read, "Your support is great." A rival fan acknowledging what you guys have done for the league should not have insults and backlash flung their way. Call it being soft/its the internet/w.e. all you want, but the minority, which unfortunately is now seeming like the majority to me, really need to pop their huge egos and realise that you are no bigger than any other active support group (maybe minus Central Coast :d). Yes, you may be very passionate, in fact more passionate about your team than others are for their team, and that is a great thing.
Yet the way some of the fans go on and on and on make it out as if they were the creator of football in Australia, and they've been here since day 1. The RBB is amazing for the A-League. Heck sometimes I want take a stroll down to Wanderland and just see how a different active support group support their team [For the record, The Cove still reigns supreme. At least imo]. But some of the crap that comes out of some WSW supporter's mouths are pathetic. Melbourne Victory have an amazing supporter base, yet you don't see them going on and on to anyone that has ears declaring they have the best and most passionate supporters in the world. MV's first season in the A-League was great because they were modest and passionate.
Passion however does not mean the constant need to size yourselves up to every club, Sydney FC in particular. I see that you're all very passionate, and having banter with your rivals is all justified. However the constant WE CANT HEAR SYDNEY FC, or WE OUT SUNG YOU builds the impression that you care more about beating The Cove then actually watching your team play. You support your team before trying to get one over any other team. Its just what is involved in supporting a team.
Additionally, as an Australian football supporter, the A-League comes first before any clubs. Support for the A-League is how clubs thrive. Take away that initial support and there is no Cove, no RBB and no Australian game
tl;dr: RBB and WSW are awesome, great for league, yet a minority have the hugest ego's and heads and think that they own the A-League.

There are a minority in every club. WSW is just the newest to do so.

I was at WSW v CCM and the fans did really impress me... until they started throwing stuff on the pitch and lighting flares. Shinji Ono went straight over and started clearing stuff out, you would have thought they'd take the hint (they were practically throwing stuff at their own keeper) but they did so again.
Still, much better atmosphere than most a-league matches ive been to (although i dont end up at that many if i'm honest)

There are a minority in every club. WSW is just the newest to do so. This. Sydney fans, Victory fans, Adelaide fans, Roar fans...they've all got "king of the league" complexes in some of their members. WGMG: These little AF rants going on. If you don't like it, don't go in there. Get the hell over it.

But it's not that big a deal. Everyone knows that AF has many instances of moronic opinions being expressed, just don't go in there. Edited by afromanGT: 24/1/2013 10:38:51 PM

WGMG: I got my brother (who supports Manchester United like me) to 'guess the players' in the latest Manchester starting 11 (I would show him a head shot of a player and he would guess). He couldn't name half the team, including Evra and Carrick...

WGMG: Channel 9. They run their 'news' from 4:30 to 5:30, cut away to 'Hot seat' and then go back to news and A current affair for another hour. Does the phrase 'original programming' mean anything to these people?
