There's Orange, Blue, Green and Pink tags, (large to small dog) - keep an eye out for them guys.

I'd say if the tag is gone then the people coming back to collect won't know what they're looking for so they should be ok. But I could be wrong :?

The problem is it's a relatively small town, so in their heads they're thinking their place/dog will stay in the memory bank of the people who tagged it regardless of if the tag stayed on or not.
