In their defence, it was probably the traffic and/or trains that made this happen.

We rolled into Strathfield at 550 and couldn't physically fit onto any train heading to Olympic Park until 6:35 as they were all packed to the glass. I imagine a few were caught out by that. I had some mates roll up 20 mins into the game due to the road traffic too

See I don't consider road traffic an excuse. First of all why are you driving in in the first place, I mean you've got free public transport to and from the game included in your ticket for a reason.

Damn Iraqi's held up all everyone going to Lidcombe on the way back by continuing to celebrate losing. Some people stood to watch and a line formed which everyone further back just assumed was the line onto the station. We stood there unmoving for a 10-15 minutes before a cityrail lady had to come and tell everyone the gates were further up. :lol: :lol:
