I have 2 movies on my computer as of today, but WMP plays them audio only, is there anything I can do to fix that?

downlaod vlc media player and see if it works, if that doesnt work check if you have divx or installed.

I can't download anything till my net comes back.
I'm fairly sure they're .avi files also if that helps.
Would the program called Red Kawa have a converter to do something?

Yeah, Red Kawa is a video converter, it might be able to convert them to a WMP friendly format. .Avi files need the divx codec to play on WMP. or, more accurately, WMP needs the Divx Codec to play .Avi files.

VLC is like 2.4MB or something.
Once installed, set VLC as your default player for .avi .mpg .divx etc. Way easier programme than that piece of shite WMP.

fuck. stop talking about those dudes. they are gone. if you want to liven up the forums then stop complaining about how dead they are, say something interesting and at least i will reply, most people in here are just waiting for a chance to reply. simple equation.
here is my attempt at being interesting. yesterday i learnt how to drive a scissor-lift (like a cherry-picker) and it was probably one of the most fun and thrilling things i have ever done. mostly because i am shit-scared of heights and it took me about half an hour to get over the fact that i was 5m off the ground. probably worth hiring one for a day just for the experience

My interesting part of the day:
I was awoken to this EPICALLY loud noise this morning, sounded like a plane breaking the speed of sound above my house.
Only just found out now on the news that there were two F1-11 jets flying over a air force graduation ceremony, in turn flying over my house.
Better than a regulation alarm clock.

i was at rouse hill shopping centre today and i had one of them trolleys where you need to put a coin in the slot to use them...so i was returning one of mine to one of them long piles of trolleys...and i stupidly try and push my trolley into the pile without thinking about getting the coin out first and so i couldn't figure out why the chain couldn't reach over the first trolley into mine so i can get my coin out so i kept on pushing...and pushing and i noticed the trolleys weren't moving...but i kept pushing anyway till i saw why they weren't moving as they were being pushed into a car but by the time i noticed, i'd already cracked someones taillight :oops:
im a criminal :oops::oops::oops:

Better than a regulation alarm clock. haha i saw your facebook status and thought.... unlikely. they must have been pretty damn loud. if the sound woke you up then.... how early was this air force graduation? or how late did you sleep in? i'm putting my money on you having slept in
