So tomorrow I've got to go down to the local public primary school to teach little kids football. Having problems finding drills, as the drills I do are at a State League standard.But the biggest issue is that I am sure as hell going to get a bunch of absolute pr*cks who are going to do nothing but make my life hell #-o

Kids at primary school age generally aren't too bad. Just do some basic dribbling through cones and passing drills kinda thing.

So, my major feature for one of my subjects this semester is based on people with a disability. I've not had a lot to do with disability support through school - most of my charity work was done with disadvantaged kids and those from broken homes. To make this even more difficult, my lecturer has a son with severe cerebral palsy and is quite vehement about ways disabled people should be portrayed in the media, to the point where he (quite pretentiously, IMO) said anyone using the words "retarded" or "spastic" as vernacular adjectives in his presence will be asked to leave class.

What could possibly go wrong?

You could request that the assignment be assessed by a different lecturer, one without emotional investment in the topic matter.
