It depends how you want to download them (ie individually, remixes, albums, etc.) I just google the album and artist I want and download the whole album or discography with utorrent from pirate bay.

Get a BitTorrent client like uTorrent. If that fails, I use beemp3.com

beemp3's quality is often poor though.

I'm going to actually start looking at the home page of 442, rather then just the forums.

In that case, look at Urban Central. Will set you back upwards of $100, but you can get your own room if you want.

If you don't want to share then Urban Central has private rooms (two beds) for around $60 a night, Exford Hotel is $74 for the same thing. YHA is $100 for a private room.
