Alright, lads? A quick heads up on how things are going with the trip (for those who don't follow me on Twitter or Facebook). I'm currently in Dublin, staying in a brilliant hostel between the pulsating Temple Bar and the millenium-old Christ Church Cathedral. We traveled down by train after flying into Belfast from Liverpool on Sunday afternoon. Dublin is gorgeous, and not too cold at the moment - though it will definitely get colder as winter deepens. Hopefully we'll go exploring in the city tomorrow and check out all the essentials: Trinity College, the River Liffey itself, Croke Park, Dublin Castle, St Patrick's Cathedral and, of course, the Guinness Storehouse :D Saw the Everton-Norwich game on the weekend and was left extremely frustrated; how we managed to only convert one out of fifteen chances still confuses me. All the same, I had a great time, the locals were great fun to sit and chat with (as is to be expected) and I left Merseyside stab-wound free. We're probably hiring a car later in the week to head to Galway and Cork (though suggestions otherwise would be appreciated) before heading back to Liverpool for Christmas. Hope everyone's well, I'll try to report back in the next few weeks so I can keep more up to date with happenings on here and in the HAL. I often think people would jusge you by your ringtone, but who gives, if you like the ringtone, why should it bother you what others care, its not their phone ringing.
