Depends on how much damage you want to do and how committed you are.

Eggs are a really cheap and easy way to wreck her paint job. If you want to be a little more vindictive, wait until the dead of night and pour Brake fluid all over her car, Brake Fluid on car paint is like paint stripper on wood: it'll wreck the polish, blister the paint and probably even damage the panels if left long enough.

If you want to REALLY fuck her shit up (and this is DANGEROUS), look up a recipe for Thermite, put it in a very sterdy can (like a paint tin), set it on fire and RUN. The heat from the thermite will melt clean through the engine block and complete write off the car.
