I think if they can complete a deal for Willian and sort out another CB then yeah, they'll be in contention for the top 4. They've recruited very strongly for the first team since this time last year (Coutinho, Sturridge, Aspas, Toure and Mignolet) and they've added some talented squad depth (Alberto). I'm allowed to be more optimistic than I was last season.
