Spain dominating possession but only really had 1 great Chance from Villa. Apart from that it's been mainly Spain passing it around but not doing anything with it. The few chances Germany have had they look dangerous on the break.

Great game to watch, fantastic pace to it. Spain deservedly won through, and have really chosen the right time to hit peak form.

Germany got bossed out of the midfield by Iniesta, Xavi and Xabi. Ozil was kept quiet, as was Podolski.

If it's a tie, both players are awarded. But I can't see neither of Villa and Sneijder scoring tomorrow so Muller will have to score at least one more to be in with a shout.

I really think he'd have been the difference for Germany. They didn't look as comfortable attacking as when he's there. As the commentator said before the game, two or three years ago you'd have laughed at the idea of Muller being the German lynch-pin.

But as it is, Muller was out suspended and them's the breaks.
