Mad Max Fury Road. As good as any movie I've seen in a very long time. Just stunning.

Saw "Mad Max Fury Road" with my 11 yr old today.

INSANE.

Only thing it was missing was old Mel Gibson. Script was written in a way that pretty much any actor of any age could have played Max and whilst Hardy did a fine job, he wasn't Mel.

I remember seeing this when I was 9 years old. My grandma had fallen asleep looking after my brother and I and caught this late night movie on one of the 3 channels it was on. Some great horror short stories, Leslie Neilsen really shows his range as an actor in the short story "something to tide you over" he should of played more villain roles.

Johnny Depp is a good actor. He's been in some brilliant movies, and played some excellent roles. However, I absolutely hate him when he does his fantasy, psychedelic clown impersonations. He was a downright fucking child molester in 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. :lol:

I certainly like him more in his more serious roles, but I quite liked him in POTC. I mean he's essentially just a piss head in that which makes the movie that little bit more hilarious. But in his fairy tale roles he's just a down right creep. :lol:

Looks alright.

Saw the new Avengers yesterday. Was actually hilarious. Hawkeye's character steals the movie imo.

There are a lot of awesome things happening in my life in the May/June period, but it is somewhat scary how highly up my list this movie is ranking :lol:

:lol: seems fucking crazy to say it but Furious 7 is now the fastest growing movie in history reaching $1bn in 17 days. The Avengers, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and Avatar were the previous fastest in 19 days.

That is fucking insane for a movie series that almost went direct to DVD releases after Tokyo Drift.

I'm not sure they are. Could have sworn there was a story about how there would be a different actor cast for a Flash or Arrow in a JL movie.

Pretty sure they're going the opposite of Marvel and keeping TV and movie universes separate.
