DC - Otamendi, Senderos, Keller (although Marcellis would be before Keller).

MC - Junihno Pernambucano, Kroos, Matudi, Jonathan dos Santos
AMC - Sobis, Troisi

AML - Demba Ba (can also play FC), Calderon
AMR - Park Ji Sung, Loic Remy (can also play FC)

ST - Dzeko, Richard Sukuta-Pasu, Franco Di Santo (claimed first after the auction finished without a bid on him).

3 GK, 2 DR, 2 DL, 3 DC, 6 MC (2AMC), 2 AML, 2 AMR, 3 ST

There's no reason everyone couldn't have a similar setup, I don't see any real weak-points apart from perhaps DR with Steffanuto, who is still a pretty good Australian anyway. And I was last half the the time and my bonus wasn't that great compared to others.

Only issues I see is teams who have both (for the teams who only had the chance to get 2 Australian's) their Aussie players injured.

I'd actually suggest 1 more draft, not for Defenders (I've got 7, so there's no excuse for not having depth) but for 1 more Australian player.

Ive done the list up, some players are good quality, some are not so good. If Afro goes with my idea people will be able to buy up to 2 people off the list, however you will have to use your $50 million transfer budget to get the players.
By doing this teams get a choice whether to spend money on more defenders or not. The most expensive player is at $26 million, and the least expensive at $6 million. This leaves teams the options to go for two squad players or a starter and a squad player and spend most of their budget.

My team:

GK: Carlos Idriss Kameni, Roman Weidenfeller. Very happy with both of these guys, hard to pick between them.

RB: Cicinho. Need another player to add some depth here, however happy with having Cicinho in there as my starter

CB: Joris Mathijsen, Per Mertsaker, Craig Moore. Strong starters, average backup in Moore, hopefully I can pick up another player.

LB: Beniot Tremoulanis, Josh Rose. Still deciding who to start here, Tremoulanis is a stronger player but Rose is Aussie, who is still a very good player for an Aussie.

CM: Carl Valeri, Nigel De Jong, Denilson, Aaron Ramsey, Fabian Delph. Very happy with this area of the park, great strength and depth. Probably will start with Valeri, Denilson and De Jong.

CAM: Johnathon Periera, Luis Jiminez, Hakan Yakin. Not sure who to start out of Periera and Jiminez, both good players, with Yakin a more than capable back up.

Wingers: Zoran Tosic, Bryan Ruiz. Playing formation is very narrow so wingers wont be used too much. Ruiz can be used up front which provides an added advantage, not sure what to do with Tosic.

ST: Pandev, Chopra, Aloisi. Pandev is a machine, very happy with having him on my team, will line of along side either Chopra or Ruiz, with Aloisi as backup.

Griffiths is an Australian so he's automatically valued more than non-australian a-league players... give me something to go on;)
