Randy Moss is now at his third team for the season, after being traded to Minnesota from New England, he now finds himself in Tennessee. Interesting. Hoping we can git' er done against the Steelers. Will be hard.

I'm a Bears fan, let's hope we can get the job done against the Vikes tonight. But our offensive line has to improve, it's been crap so far this season, no doubt Cutler will get sacked at least 27803 times.
I'd love to see the Pats win tonight, Benjo. The Steelers' defence is pretty mean though, is the game in Pittsburgh or NE?

Um...the Steelers went down 39-26 at home to New England?
Big win for Dallas this weekend. Seattle getting a good result over Arizona.
...and Green Bay don't play this week :(

You backed the steelers against a team that's 7-2 and favourite for the 'bowl? They're the form team at the moment, they've won 6 of their last 7.

Yeah but pats lost miserably last week, IIRC they were both 6-2 before this match and Pittsburgh were at home. I wasnt the only one to tip against them.

Great win by the Patriots. I'm shocked at how well we're doing this year without Moss and Ty Warren.

The loss at Cleveland was an interesting one. I don't know what happened there, but IIRC they were missing two of their linebackers through injury. NE always bounce back hard to losses too. Massive win today for the Eagles. They thrashed the Redskins by 31 points.

There's been some serious yardage this weekend. Vick through for something like 350 yards as well.

Vick's having a great year. He's making opposition defence look like dogs. 8-[

Vick is playing phenomenal football given he's their second choice QB, but I don't think Kolb will be getting his starting spot back any time soon. He hasn't played this well since Pro-Bowl '05. Also, he looks like Chris Rock.

Vick is the kind of player youd create on a video game. left handed, fast as a running back, black QB. Breaks the mold.

There are plenty of players that are left handed, there have been various black QB's and a few with pace, he's just the one player that gets it all together. He won't ever be rememebred as a legend of the game though.

That'll be what he's remembered for more than for his football ability.

I hope the Packers can put Minnesota out of their misery this week. They won't be coming back from 3-7.

Packers are due a good game, they've limped through the last couple of weeks because of injuries, but there's a few players back this week so it should be big. Patriots v Colts is match of the round for sure.

The race is now on. Who get's their marching orders in Minnesota first? Farve or Childress? LOL. For the Packers to be 7-3 with the amount of injuries they've had is amazing, but it's going to play a big part down the stretch, since we also still have to play New England, NY Giants and the Bears again to finish the season.

I'd say that Favre isn't the problem, it's the defence coach. Favre is getting the ball down there, he still threw for over 200 yards against us, but their defence just concedes too much ground. That said, Aaron Rogers is a fucking machine. I think the injuries for Packers have been almost beneficial, they've shown that they've got the depth there, guys like Clay Matthews, Aaron Rogers, John Kuhn, and Matt Wilhelm have been stars this season, and with Finley, Grant and Martin coming back before the play-offs...shit could be huge. I'd be putting my money on an Eagles v Packers NFC play-off. Steelers v Patriots over in the NFC. NFC South looks like the conference to watch. Atlanta on 8-2 and Saints and Bucaneers on 7-3... Tom Brady was fucking sensational this weekend too.

I was right one of them was going to go. Childress was fired early this week. Favre's problem is what it's always been, not protecting the ball and giving up too many turnovers. He's had 17 interceptions and 5 fumbles lost so far this year. That's 22 turnovers in 10 games. No coach is going to survive that. BTW, pretty sure Finley went on Injured Reserve, which means he can't come back for the playoffs, even if he's healthy.

I saw Childress got the boot all of 10 minutes after I made my post. He was never really that good a coach IMo. Mind you, he had a lot to live up to after the Vikings' side of the 90's. I don't rate Leslie Frazier either, his defensive frailties are what cost Childress his job.
That's a bummer about Finley, I thought the Injured Reserve list in NFL was like the Disabled List in Baseball.

Thanksgiving Day clash with the Lions tomorrow which in theory we should win, but we have to careful not to be too arrogant. If the Ravens can mange to beat the Jets tomorrow , that will be a huge boost for us. We still got to play them, the bears and the Packers though.

New England and Green Bay have pretty tough runs home. We've also got @Falcons (8-2), 49ers (3-7 - should win easily), @Lions (2-8 - should win that too), @ Patriots (8-2), Giants (6-4) and Bears (7-3).
So four teams who are top of their conferences. Fortunately the toughest game there is off the back of waht should be two easy wins.
