We lost 3-1 to Villa so if we get anything from this match it'll be an improvement on last season on two fronts... IF.

The Arsenal boss has been keeping tabs on Tom Cleverley

After watching the french game, definitely hope we get Griezmann. He is great at winning headed contests for someone so short.

Yeah Griezmann is quality but would require a change of tactics/ Santi being dropped. Wenger seems intent to have our midfield stacked with playmaker's. Can't see him playing Griezmann and Theo at the same time although it would be absolutely lethal with Ozil feeding them.

I'm yet to see any links from any non tabloid journo's so I'm inclined to say no (atm).

I am content with santi on the bench and back up playmaker to be honest. He has all the skills and ability, but his lack of athleticism really lets him down in the premier league. He gets out-muscled quite easily and his little legs can't carry him fast enough :(. Come on Griez.

Mino Raiola (Balo's agent wrote:"Arsenal is a fantastic club.Only 8-10 clubs can afford Balotelli, like all premium players he is one of the greatest. Anything is possible"
When he was asked if he had a meeting with Arsene Wenger he replied "Mind your own business". Agent talk to drum up interest most likely.

So happy with our draw. Good start at home, hopefully turns out better than opening day last year. Big games are nice and spread out, only once do we play big teams back to back and that's at the start of the season. Great christmas period with only one big game in there really.
Not a bad end to the season either with 2 of the 3 big games we have in our last 8 being at home.

Wow that's amazing, only chelsea as a hard game. To start the season hosting Palace isn't too bad either.

15 million for two players we haven't had in years, not bad.

Some advice. I'm in the UK mid-Sept to mid October how would you recommend I try and go about getting 1 or 2 NLD tickets...?? Any advice most welcome.

I think Arsenal Australia can get tickets to every home match, other than that you'll probably have to pay an exorbitant fee on a ticket selling website.

One of the main guys who runs it the Sydney one, Eli, should be able to steer you in the right direction. I daresay you'd have to become a paid member of Arsenal Australia though, think it's <$50 though.
