Yeah Perez is about complimenting Giroud and the fact he's a different type of striker is the biggest thing.

Couple bright spots, Xhaka is class and cannot wait until he's fully up to speed. The difference Koscielny makes to that backline is ridiculous. Ozil is our Lord and saviour. Theo is still useless. Alexis is completely useless upfront on his own, better off giving Chuba a go if Giroud isn't gonna start

If the 3 Euros players come back then that obviously all changes.

Right now we are looking at one fit senior centre back with our club captain being out until after christmas, our other senior CB out for 2 months. Midfield is the only place we have any kind of strength because once again, unless something changes, we're going into a season relying on Olivier Giroud once again.

The fact that this keeps happening year on year on year is a fucking joke and all down to one man and one man only.

Unless we do some business in the next few weeks this season will be an embarrassment.
