Again with this five at the back crap? That in itself is cringe-worthy. The result is a good one don't get me wrong, it's good to see Suarez scoring and all...but let's remember that it's Wigan and they won't be competitive until some time in late March...

But we won 3-0. So there could be an argument for more effective possession and not this 68% possession in our own half and slow build up play. (which i like at times, but its friggin frustrating when you have 20 shots on goal 2/3 of the ball and the other team has one shot on goal and scores)

Yep. Until he went off and it became a normal 4-3-3. Enrique LW (who was boss)

Actually, playing Enrique on the wing to get double coverage on Kone makes a lot of sense.

I've been sharing it as much as I can and it's probably no use here but can everyone please share the petition for Anne Williams on twitter, facebook etc, or contact UK residents that you know to sign it. http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/40925

I've said it before and I'll say it again, online petitions have absolutely no standing or integrity.

Obviously is good to have a laugh at that but in all honesty, when I woke up and saw that score I had to check it twice.

Wouldn't the bookmakers have to have us at SHORTER price odds than Wigan for it to be an 'upset'? #-o

If a 'joke' that stupid goes over my head, I shouldn't be allowed in public without a helmet on.

Unbeaten in 8 now. Or is it 9?
Annoying to not get the win but I'm liking this unbeaten run.

5 draws? OH YAY! We'll just draw our way to relegation. Or will 38 points be enough to stay up this year? ](*,)

disappointing draw last night.
One of those nights, yet again. That sterling-Suarez counter attack should have been the chance. Jose enrique still damn impressive whatever he does, more so on the attacking, then defending lol.
I'm liking the new formation aswell. It's a little more direct at times and sraight to the point in terms of build up. Sacrificing of a bit of the possession (not the greatest positive), but we look more dangerous going forward.

Sacrificing of a bit of the possession (not the greatest positive), but we look more dangerous going forward. Sometimes you can't have that much possession. The problem we had earlier in the season was that when we dominated possession it gave the opposition too much opportunity to camp men behind the ball. Look at our shot maps from the first few weeks and most of them were coming from on or around the edge of the box or off to the side. Now there's more space in between the opposition defenders. However, we still don't have that lethal finisher to take advantage of those crucial opportunities. And we'll continue to suffer through these frustrating draws until we do find one.

yes a real ho hum game - sure the counters were impressive but as afro and I'll keep saying means nothing not having them hit the onion bag ! Enrique sure played well though at times kept the ball too long. I was surprised and not seeing Cole come on - yep BR likes him but he hardly did anything. Lacklustre is all I can say - Luis keeps me happy just couldn't hit the ball away from the keeper.
