That was my first response to listening to it, but I warmed to it, it showed a different aspect of the band.

It's definitely been overproduced in some areas, but it's great lyrically and Jason Aalon has a brilliant voice.

It was hardly "overproduced". Just because one track used autotune as an effect doesn't mean that it was "overproduced". The album was acoustically balanced, well engineered and built really well around Jason's vocals.

I can't say much for the production, coz YT is...well YT. But musically I just didn't find it interesting at all.

Which tracks did you listen to? Banshee and Dreamer's Disease?

Its great musically but I just didnt like the way Jason's cleans were recorded, think he sounds better without the effects.

There's no more processing on his voice than there was in the previous album. They've just used a more expensive microphone which picks up more details and character in his voice.

Banshee and Younger. Banshee isn't bad, Younger is terrible though.

Younger is a much more NOFX influenced track. Check out Dreamer's Disease.

I love his voice when Ive seen him live.

This however is not something I can listen to, it just turns me off listening to the album.

I thought the best songs were Banshee, Empty Elvis and 27 Club.

It's a bit hard to compare to Muther. That's probably the best track they've written.

Didn't do it for me. I wasn't much of a letlive fan to begin with, only ever liked Renegade 86, so I wasn't expecting much.

27 Club and The Dope Beat were my favourites off the album. Personally love the bass outro in 27 club.

Daft Punk, released an album for those of us who loved to rave in the 90's it's an awesome album that you can crank up and let it envelop you or something you can chill out to as background Music. it suits all social occasions and moments of solitude.

I feel sick after reading that.

I genuinely hope that someone in the prison system prints out a copy for each inmate at whatever jail Watkins goes to. And I hope the inmates remind him of it every single day
