Lets go Sutho. Would be happy with Top 4 but I think we realistically should be looking at Top 6. Is it Top 5 or 6 finals?

I support Manly United simply cause they don't really have any ethnic alliances. Isn't APIA playing out of Leichhardt Oval anymore?

Ahhh I see. I wondered if SOFC especially owned their ground - because in the ASB Premiership (comparable in crowds and football quality), the national body really pushes for the clubs to play at 'boutique' grounds, like Kiwitea St, Memorial Park and Fred Taylor Park rather than Arena Manawatu and Waikato Stadium.

No SOFC dont own their ground, and they share it with the Bulldogs admin and training in the NRL. SOFC suffer the same problems as many HAL clubs, they have a long lease on a ground they struggle to fill

APIA beat Sutho 2-0 on Saturday night at Seymour Shaw.
Very entertaining game and you can tell that both sides still had work to do.

Rockdale City Suns set for stand upgrade Monday, 7 March 2011 NSW Premier League club Rockdale City Suns are set for a major overhaul with facilities at their ground Illinden Sports Centre as the NSW Government offered to assist them with the construction of a cover to the main stand. During a friendly hit-out between the Suns and Marconi Stallions played on the 6th of March, Member for Kogarah Ms Cherie Burton presented a $200,000 cheque to the Suns’ management for the upgrade of this facility. In regards to the match it was the Suns who grabbed the victory scored by Jason Naidovski in the 67th minute to give new coach Lee Sterrey four wins out of four trial matches since his acquisition as the club’s head coach for 2011. http://www.therealgame.com.au/news/state-league/285/rockdale-city-suns-set-for-stand-upgrade

Just to clear the issue, we have sub-leased the ground off the Bulldogs, who lease it off Canterbury Council. Our lease is for the next 21 years.
Despite leasing the ground for 21 years, the Board Room, Administrative Office, Physio Room, Media Room, Trophy and Memorabilia Room and O.U. storage area are all confined to the Olympic offices on the top level of Belmore Sports Ground.

my top 5 (in no order): sydney united blacktown city bonnyrigg APIA marconi
i think olympic will just miss out of the top 5 but will do better than last season parramatta to struggle with south coast dont really know what to expect from bankstown this season, and the same with manly and sutho. with rockdale i can see them fighting for the 5th spot but missing out. the thing that worries me with them is that they exceeded expectations last season so this season they might get that second year syndrome (yeah i just made that up) and struggle a bit.

Relegation to be fought out between Manly United and Sydney Olympic. Shitney Olympic will improve slightly on last year but won't make the finals.
