i was reading yesterday that apparently a lion's roar can be heard up to 8km away and they also roar after devouring a kill.

In saying that after every home win the sound system at suncorp stadium should play the sound of a lion's ROAR that can be heard within an 8km radius around the stadium.

They do that at the Brisbane Lions (AFL) games at certain points throughout the game... It gets quite annoying after a while (mostly coz I dont support the lions...)

Obviously it was behind about 6 pages of rugby but I thought it was great.

got an email from the club late yesterday confirming the ACL kits



they look ok without being great however i may get one for their significance.

hahaha, yeah, with his calm demeanour on the field, you expect nothing less off it.



As for the kits, im not buying that. The hole kits looks average. Im also disappointed we get sublimation when in the EPL they use stitching and what not. We pay about the same for EPL kits, so why cant we get the same standard. The Newcastle black third kit is so awesome. Imagine that with the orange stitching and stripe.



It looks so much better close up too cos you can see the stitching on the logo and what not.
