Yes, we do have Lads. Unfortunately they are a going part of the culture that only a baseball bat to the face at rapid speed can fix. They're a party of "fashion" that time will fortunately see the end of, just like navel-high jeans or heavily shoulder-padded jackets.
Every time I see one of said 'lads' at work with their collar up I give them shit for "looking like a moron", especially if they're with a girl. If she gets it, they probably won't, and if none of them get it, I can spend a full 80 minutes (assuming they're at my table when I arrive), laying into them and they have no idea until I call them fuckheads at my departure.[/joyful rant]
