who the fuck is in charge of updating the NT online squads?? have they EVER been right? where are luongo and rogic? how come burns is only a 67, milligan is 68, spiro is a 67 and then troisi is a 71? do these guys even fkn watch football?

aside from that - tommy oar, leckie, cahill and jedinak are kick anus. jedinak dominates. every lobbed ball down the field is an automatic repossession - nice!

First thoughts on FIFA16 - I wonder what others here think...

Looks much better, smoother, physics seems a little more realistic in terms of collisions and ball contacts... AI defenders seem a lot sharper and/or 'blind' passes are a lot harder, defenders also seem a tad faster so it's not an easy to burst past them.

Played a game on world class, won 2-0, thought it seemed very similar to FIFA15, went into manager mode, played 6 games, lost 5 badly, won one easily. Everyone seems to have a German quality back four, a Barcelona midfield just pinging it around, and the same awfully wasteful AI strikers as in FIFA15. Lost games were typically 2 or 3-0, with the shot count something like 10-2.

Trying to decide if I concede defeat and drop back a level to re-learn the game (obviously need new tactics), or if I pig-headedly push on and try to beat the game at 'my' level.

Was at Big W at Golden Grove Village on Thursday and I am pretty sure that is what their bundle was. Any of those stores have good deals for shit like that or you could price match at EB Games.

Anyway, I'm playing right now, it's much better than last year. Instead of favouring the stronger or faster players, as long as you play smart and time your passes right, you will do well.

Yea pretty much spot on with that. (although I've only been playing FUT online).

My game is mainly based on lots of little passes so its been a real learning curve here. I always try to pass it into the net as well so the goals have really dried up. :(

Anyone else scoring fairly easy from free kicks? I've already scored like 6 goals from them, I think I made have scored 4 in FIFA 15 lmao.

Scored a fucking ridiculous cross/shot, just like Dugandzic's goal for MH vs MV in that 4-0 match with Timmy Fucking Cahill.

Apparently you take chipped shots at goal instead of chipped crosses with L1 + triangle :lol:

Also I put in my code for the packs, but I haven't got them. Dunno what's happened, dunno if I can get my packs now. Will call EA tomorrow and see if they can help me, if they can't hopefully they can compensate me by putting some coins, points, packs or good players on my account or something \:d/
