I hope you're right, but without a link we are off to the rumour mill.

Cool. I've always hoped our second-tier competition would use the former name of the Bangladesh League.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

2014 would be a good timeline for a B-League...how will they do it though invite teams or call for submissions?
Personally I hope they call for tenders for licences.

this propaganda coming from someone with South Melb in there sig. pffff Back when the A-League was still referred to as the APL (Australian Premier League - what we all thought the name of the new league was going to be before it was announced as the "A-League" ), there was some Olympic supporter ranting on TWGF & a couple of other boards about the forthcoming "ESL" (Eastern Seaboard League) which would be either a 2nd division or a rival to the APL. 8 years on, and I still say: I'll believe it when I see it. Hope it's true, but we tend to get these threads pop up all the time with a "SOON" or "YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST"
And we still don't have an FFA cup.

Also B-League can get put in the dust bin, what a stupid name for the second teir comp in Australia - how about A2 etc in line with the J-League and many other leagues in the world.
